Part operating room, part theater. Restaurants are wildly equipment intensive with a massive premium
on durability and function. At the same time there are few environments where there is as much interest in using architecture and
materials to convey a specific emotion and evoke a particular mood. We have found that the connection between food and architecture
is rich with possibilities – and we enjoy translating the vision that it takes to create a menu (that of our clients) into a space.
There are few more demanding project types. And we love the challenge.
